We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a
Social Media Manager cum Founder's Office
. This unique hybrid role requires a blend of creative storytelling, content strategy, brand building, and high-level strategic support to the Founder. You'll be responsible for driving our digital presence while also contributing to critical projects, research, communication, and execution across the Founder's priorities.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management (60%)
Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, videos, etc.)
Manage social media calendar and ensure alignment with brand voice and goals
Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to optimize engagement and reach
Collaborate with design and content teams for visual assets and copywriting
Manage online reputation by responding to comments and messages promptly
Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
Founder's Office (40%)
Act as a strategic support partner to the Founder on key business initiatives
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend reports
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, investor decks, and communication
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track execution timelines
Attend key meetings, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups
Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or strategy
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content skills
Prior exposure to high-growth startups, executive assistance, or founder's office is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Notion, etc.
Basic video editing or reel-making abilities
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Interest in startups, tech, or creator economy
