Job Summary:



We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media person to elevate our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative social media marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Assist the photographer in planning and executing photo shoots that showcase the hotel's amenities, events, and unique experiences.

Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain the hotel's social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and responses to guest inquiries and comments. Schedule and post content, monitor engagement metrics, and report on performance analytics.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all social media content aligns with the hotel's brand identity and messaging guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to highlight promotions, events, and special offers.

Event Promotion:

Promote hotel events, special packages, and seasonal offerings through targeted social media campaigns.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

Basic photography skills and experience with photo editing software are a plus.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
