The company manufactures and distributes various forms of media (movies, music videos, and television commercials) using new technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, 3D computer graphics and panoramic photography. Geek Pictures has opened several subsidiary studios throughout the years after first delving into film and TV production. Geek Pictures India is looking to hire a Social Media Manager. We want a creatively motivated candidate who has up-to-date knowledge of today\xe2\x80\x99s technology trends and social media and reaches out to the expectations of clients. Key Points: \xe2\x9e\xa2 Planning and developing social media campaigns \xe2\x9e\xa2 Crafting compelling content or getting it developed \xe2\x9e\xa2 Posting content across social media accounts \xe2\x9e\xa2 Engaging with customers on different channels \xe2\x9e\xa2 Analyzing running campaigns \xe2\x9e\xa2 Being on top of the latest social media trends Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Develop content or get it done by content developers
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Craft engaging content
• Organized and able to multitask

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
