We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Expert Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in social media marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive impactful social media strategies. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation of engaging and shareable social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Ensure that content is on-brand, compelling, and tailored to the target audience. Community Management: Oversee the management of social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and customers while addressing any concerns or issues effectively. Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and meet performance goals. Monitor advertising budgets and provide insights for budget allocation to maximize ROI. Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting performance insights and recommending improvements. Trend Monitoring and Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire the social media team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional growth. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the design, content, and other teams to coordinate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives. Collaborate on content creation, promotions, and other marketing activities.
