Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to shoulder and fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build a strong Social Media presence for the company, our sub companies and maintain it by posting solid, relevant content.
• Ensure the content being posted across platforms is in sync with each other and creates more brand awareness.
• Work on up scaling the brand and ensuring growth via social media.
• Identify the latest trends across all social media handles and implement them to ensure relatable and relevant content
• Conduct in-depth research on current audience preferences and ensure the content posted connects to the target audience.
• Create and work on plans to ensure the growth of subscriber across all social media handles like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and others.
• Create and adhere to a weekly/monthly posting calendar in line with the company's sales target and other objectives.
• Analyze the outcomes of the campaigns and posts and evaluate them.
• Should be familiar with the latest techniques and tools to ensure high levels of audience engagement and drive in web traffic.

Qualifications:

• Considerable and proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a respectable work profile.
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media KPIs
• Excellent and Unerring knowledge of all social media platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
• The ability to devise and strategize newer and more efficient social media marketing strategies
• Should be up to date with the latest trends across all social media.
• A degree in marketing or something relevant would be an added plus point.
• Technical knowledge about SEO, Google Analytics, Internet Ranking etc. and creating streamlined content based on data insights is essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
