Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with the online community by initiating and participating in conversations, discussions, and user-generated content.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics and tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in social media algorithms, and new features and tools, and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate our value proposition and engage with the target audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt the tone and style of writing for different platforms and target audiences.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms for scheduling, publishing, and analyzing content.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic image editing skills is a plus.
