The candidate who is passionate about fashion, influencers, styling, digital trends and content. Your goal will be assisting and gaining publicity through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and many more. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to reach the desired target audience. Prefer a female candidate for the role. Key Responsibilities: Personal brand building focus, monitor SEO and web traffic metrics Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency Facilitate scaling personal brand awareness through various social media channels Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand, and ensure a positive customer service experience Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives Connecting to the brand and potential target audience across various social networking platforms. Sharing all the important information and links via social media. Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks. Adhering to all the guidelines before publishing on social media. Devising insights reports after gathering insights and feedback from social media sites. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Set specific objectives, report on ROI and targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Act as a single point of company contact for Clients. Build and maintain existing client relationship. Tracking records of the followers and maintaining a list of the same. Develop social influencer relationships and run influencer campaigns across all media Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using native monitoring platforms e.g. Facebook insights, Google Analytics, etc. Qualifications required: 3-4 years of Social Media Management experience and Graduate Degree, preferably in mass media, advertising, journalism. Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once Knowledge and understanding of social media networking platforms. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
