Job Description

Le Roma Gardenia is a premium hospitality brand with their flagship resort in North Bangalore, which has been widely recognized by leading publications as one of the top wedding venues in Bangalore. The company is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and articulate social media marketing professional. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through social media and pass them onto the sales team for conversion
• Assist the digital marketing team in running paid ad campaigns
• Monitoring & enhancing social media engagement metrics
• Assist the management team in the development of the overall digital marketing & social media marketing strategy
• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence and social handles on a day to day basis (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Create and post relevant and engaging content for publishing onto various online platforms
• Design social media marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales team for increasing revenue
• Conduct research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Build brand partnerships & engage and on-board influencers over social media
• Provide monthly reports to management team on social media performance (effort & engagement metrics) & optimize performance over time
• Increase the number of followers and brand engagement by interacting with clients & guests in real time at any of our venues

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a social media marketing executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM is a bonus
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing/copywriting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field

The position is an onsite position at Le Roma Gardenia (Yelhanka, North Bangalore) that requires physical presence 5 days a week from 10am - 7pm. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 940,000.00 - 970,000.00 per month Schedule:
