• Developing social media advertising campaigns.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Formulate long-term social media strategy
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Analyze and monitor success metrics for respective social media platforms and campaigns
• Ensuring uniformity in communication across platform
• Define team KPIs and manage hiring needs

• 3 - 5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Experience in building community or influencer growth channels
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
