EXPERIENCE Duties you\'ll be entrusted with: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news). Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Significant experience leading a brand\'s social media initiatives Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email. Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc. Technical Skills Proficient in social media marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. Extensive experience in devising effective social media strategies aligned with organizational goals. Skilled in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement. Adept at tailoring the appropriate tone and style for each social media platform to resonate with the target audience effectively.
