Roshanspace is seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of how to leverage social media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role includes both managing Roshanspace\'s own social presence and providing social media support to our clients. Core Responsibilities:
  • Roshanspace Social Media
  • Develop and Execute Social Strategy: Design strategies to increase online visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads, aligning with our overall marketing goals.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling text, image, and video content. Curate relevant industry content. Optimize for each platform.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, foster a vibrant online community.
  • Paid Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage paid social advertising campaigns, including targeting and budget optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Client Social Media Support
  • Client Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored social media strategies.
  • Content Calendars: Create content calendars and schedules in collaboration with clients.
  • Content Development (Optional): Assist with or fully develop client content as needed.
  • Community Engagement (Optional): Depending on the service package, manage client communities on their behalf.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Proven success in growing social media presence, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Data-driven approach, with skills in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with OOH/DOOH clients.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial).
