Social Media Manager & Sales Executive
to join our growing team and drive both our digital presence and sales growth.
Role Overview
This is a
dual role
that combines
social media management
with
sales execution
. The ideal candidate will not only take charge of our online presence--crafting engaging content, shaping our digital identity, and driving campaigns--but also translate that visibility into tangible sales, collaborations, and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management & Content Strategy
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) that reflects 729 Grams Coffee's identity.
Direct photo/video shoots, collaborate with baristas/creators, and ensure high-quality output.
Monitor trends in coffee, food, and lifestyle to adapt strategies creatively.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Manage social media calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and visual style.
Sales & Business Development
Work with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies for both cafe and retail coffee products.
Drive cafe footfall through creative campaigns, collaborations, and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with brands, events, and influencers.
Assist in sales of coffee beans, merchandise, brewing equipment, and workshops through digital channels.
Nurture community engagement by converting social media followers into loyal customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in
social media management
and/or
sales/marketing
, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English; Marathi/Hindi is a plus).
Creative mindset with ability to direct design, video, and photography.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Basic understanding of analytics, ads management, and influencer collaborations.
Passion for
coffee, food, and cafe culture
is a big plus.
