Social Media Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts considering optimal times for maximum reach and engagement. Use social media management tools to schedule and monitor posts. 4. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels. Foster a sense of community and brand loyalty among followers. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations. 6. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Collaborate with other teams for cross-functional campaigns. 7. Social Media Advertising: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns. Optimize ad performance based on key metrics. 8. Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies. Incorporate new trends and features into the social media strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and algorithms. Content creation, analytics, communication, adaptability, creativity. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proactive approach to addressing challenges. 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Advertising or the Digital Marketing field. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
