Roles and responsibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels - Lead generation and able to generate more organic leads Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
