We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of : Social Media Insights & Governance Analyst The Opportunity: The role will be based within the Global Social Media Insights & Governance team, the team are a dedicated, integrated team working in the Group Communications & Brand function. They are a cross-line of business team, providing global 24/7 social media support and are currently based in the UK, Hong Kong, China, and India. The Head of Social Media Insights & Governance is looking to expand their current team with a new Social Media Insights & Governance Analyst. The candidate will joining an innovative and vibrant team who play a key role in the protection and growth of social media for HSBC and its subsidiaries. The candidate should be highly motivated and strive for excellence in all elements of their work, the role is dependent on the individual\'s ability to be focused, energized and creative. The role also involves an in-depth degree of technical understanding, using this as a base to drive enhancements and adoption of compliant social media usage. What you\'ll do: Real time monitoring of social media content for HSBC and its subsidiaries, including identification of security threats and reputational issues which could be brand damaging. Using social analysis platforms to identify key data points, trends, information, and insights to support business decisions and drive positive change. Creation of reporting and real time listening dashboards and / or alerts in order to provide social data to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for governance and protection across HSBC, first direct and M&S brand social accounts, including password management, 2FA configuration and native access controls Liaise with Global Communications / Customer Service / Marketing teams to ensure their needs are fully understood and met when setting up Social Media accounts and ways of working within Sprinkler. Ensure compliance with Social Media Listening & Analytics processes, procedures, approved tools - proposing improvements / changes as required. Management of our social media enterprise tools, ensuring we are maximizing its capability and driving usage throughout the business. Providing reactive and proactive support across all lines of business for optimum social media usage and compliance. Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of communications experience Experience of extracting multiple insights from data sources Experience within social media Exceptional communication skills - Strong stakeholder relationship management Sprinkler knowledge preferred Location for this role is Bangalore, India. The role is hybrid, working from both home and the office will be required. The role is a shift based.
