Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with knowledge of Customer Management to join our team. As a Social Media & Custome Management Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance and building the social media of the brand. Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Engage with customers through social media channels, addressing their queries and feedback.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and respond in a timely manner.
  • Assist in creating engaging content and campaigns for social media marketing.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices in social media customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach. Working days: Weekdays (10am-6.30pm) with saturdays, upto 3pm. CTC: Upto 3 LPA Location: CBD Belapur.
