The ideal candidate...

• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of managing social media, building online communities, and running ads on social media platforms
• Be familiar with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite & Buffer
• Always stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
• Possess in-depth knowledge of leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Like analyzing data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Study and analyze the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement.
• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
• Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use them to create content and improve overall performance.
• Plan calendar & come up with creative ideas
• Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content - both written and visual - for the social media platforms
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Provide data analysis, metric reporting for clients
• Day to day client Communication and reporting
