WHAT WE SEEK
We are looking for (Mid or Senior/Lead) Social Media Executive who are experts in Social Media Strategies and are looking to advance their careers by working on the latest technology trends. You will initially be assigned to work with a group of social media experts working on one of our startups (eatos.com or epaisa.com). (Senior/Lead) Eventually, you will be leading a team of junior to mid-level who would be delivering projects for one of our startup divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing social media platforms of the organization
- Developing social media strategies that can keep the audience engaged
- Generating content & scheduling social media posts. Engaging followers with regular company updates.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
- Responding to the comments on social media on time.
- Analyzing social media trends.
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
- Optimizing social media content effectively.
- Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
- Handling SEO, ORM.
- Monitoring users\' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Collaborating with Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proofreading and Editing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
WORK SETTING:
