- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, images, and stories.
- Monitor social media channels for conversations and trends related to the brand or industry and engage with the audience appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the company\'s social media presence.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to address customer concerns and promote products or services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
