Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement specific channel strategy and communication plan to increase brand awareness & brand consideration
2. Fulfil KPI for specific platforms to report the ROI
3. Manage day to day coordination with the counterpart in the other teams
4. Publish, monitor and report the performance of each asset(post)
5. Follow branding guidelines, voice, and tone to ensure all content posted is consistent and on brand
6. Develop effective way of reporting the performance of the platform
7. Recommend improvements to increase performance and provide timely and detailed performance reports for different platforms
8. Look after every touch point on each platform
9. Research and evaluate latest trends to optimise performance
10. Work in partnership with internal team members including designers and copywriters to manage day to-day deliverables
11. Analyse and report competitors' activity
12. Continuously ideate and innovate within the social spaceJob Requirements:
