About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital campaign execution--preferably within the retail or jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand's voice and aesthetics.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative visuals, videos, and ad campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content accordingly.
Handle online reputation management--respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.
Research social media trends and competitor activities to enhance brand visibility.
Assist in influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and promotional events.
Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Knowledge of current digital trends and content strategies.
Experience in the jewellery or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
