• Responsible for increasing social media followers on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest and managing all company social media accounts.
• To create and manage all social media ad campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
• To research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence, campaign efficacy, and areas for social media improvement.
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company\'s target customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, blogs, videos, and written).
• Design, create and manage promotions, and Social ad campaigns.
• Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
• Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
• Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
• Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance social media presence.
• Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage budgets effectively and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
