The Purpose of job is to handling social media platforms for engaging candidates and generating leads for the Dynamic Group
Knowledge & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Degree in Journalism would be a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to express ideas clearly and concisely.
• Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
• Ability to write catchy content.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

• Run ads on different social media channels to generate quality leads.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
