Managing accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Keeping up with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
4. Community Engagement
Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Engaging with followers to build a loyal community and encourage user interaction.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Creating regular reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
6. Campaign Support
Assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
Coordinating with influencers or partners as needed.
7. Trend Analysis & Research
Staying updated with industry trends, hashtags, viral content, and competitor activity.
Using insights to improve content and engagement.
8. Brand Consistency
Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's tone, guidelines, and visual identity.
