Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and manage a strategic content calendar tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
Plan campaigns around launches, events, workshops, or announcements.
Content Creation & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content writers to produce compelling, brand-aligned content.
Ensure visual consistency and tone across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Write or supervise high-quality captions, post copies, and scripts that reflect our brand voice.
Research & Trend Analysis
Conduct regular industry research to identify trends, competitor moves, audience behaviors, and content gaps.
Share
daily updates
and insights with the team on what's new or emerging in the digital space and consulting sector.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and innovative content formats.
Engagement & Community Management
Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to foster a strong digital community.
Initiate conversations, polls, and interactive content to drive engagement.
Performance Analysis
Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads, etc.).
Use insights to refine strategies and optimize future content.
Present monthly reports with key takeaways and improvement plans.
Requirements
Deep understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and digital engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research acumen -- ability to spot trends, analyze data, and present actionable insights.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B or consulting-related industries.
Understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, and keyword mapping.
