Job Description


The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company\'s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with the target audience. They create and curate engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization\'s goals and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of social media efforts. Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Curate and share industry-related content to keep the audience informed and engaged. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the organization\'s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Schedule and publish posts regularly while adhering to content calendars. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. Moderate user-generated content and ensure a positive online community. Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, fans, and customers to build and nurture relationships. Encourage user-generated content and user participation in campaigns and contests. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools. Generate regular reports detailing key metrics and insights. Use data to optimize social media strategies and improve performance. Paid Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions. Budget management and optimization of ad spend. Stay Updated with Trends: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates. Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR, design) to ensure a consistent brand image and messaging across all channels. Coordinate campaigns and promotions across various platforms. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management and strategy development. 3. Strong writing and creative skills. 4. Knowledge of social media platforms and their features. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 6. Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve strategies. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8.
