Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities for a Social Media Executive: Content Creation:

  • Assist in shoots, engaging & visually appealing content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube or others.
Content Scheduling:
  • Use social media management tools to schedule posts in advance for optimal times and consistency.
Audience Research:
  • Conduct research to better understand the target audience, their interests, and behaviors to tailor content accordingly.
Hashtag Research:
  • Identify relevant hashtags to increase the reach and discoverability of social media posts.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, followers) and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of social media campaigns.
Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry and social media trends to adapt content strategies accordingly.
Content Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
Visual Design:
  • Create or adapt visuals (images, graphics, videos) to complement social media posts and maintain a consistent brand image.
Paid Social Media Advertising:
  • Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including setting budgets and targeting options.
Influencer Outreach:
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate on promotional activities and share with the manager for further processes.
Feedback Collection:
  • Gather feedback from the audience and provide insights to improve social media content and strategy.
Learning and Adaptation:
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and platform features, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor the social media activity of competitors to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
Content Calendar:
  • Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize social media posts and campaigns in advance.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and managers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Testing and Experimentation:
  • Experiment with different types of content (e.g., videos, infographics, polls) to gauge audience preferences and optimize engagement.
Social Listening:
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company or brand and address any issues or opportunities that arise.
Education and Training:
  • Continuously learn about social media best practices and attend relevant training sessions or webinars to improve skills.
