Origin Nutrition, a dynamic startup, is on the lookout for a talented and creative Social Media and Customer Retention Manager. This role involves shaping our online presence through content strategy, monthly planning, influencer marketing, and customer retention initiatives. Join us in crafting an engaging and vibrant brand story. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Monthly Calendar Planning: Develop a content calendar that outlines the content for each day/week of the month. Develop and implement an efficient content creation workflow, including ideation, production, coordination, and final review. Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content. Experiment with Formats: Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms to keep the content fresh and engaging. Experiment with different content formats, such as carousels, reels, stories, and other emerging formats. Analysis and monitoring of content along with strategizing on how to create better engaging content. Content Scheduling and Publishing: Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content at the most optimal times. Monitor and engage with the community, responding to comments and messages on an everyday basis. Influencer Marketing and Brand Collaborations: Identify and engage with relevant influencers who can amplify our brand message. Engage with individual content creators to create unique brand-based content primarily for awareness and engagement. Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Ensure that influencer and collaboration content aligns with our brand and messaging Customer Retention Ideation and Execution: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement on social media, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant mediums. Create and implement customer retention campaigns via different platforms to ensure the long-term satisfaction of our valued customers. Ideating and planning personalised loyalty programs to enhance overall customer retention plans. Direct customer engagement via surveys/calls to analyse behaviour and consumption patterns. Required Skills Basic editing skills on Canva for posts and videos. Strong Communication Skills Keen Eye for Aesthetics Enthusiastic Learner and Adaptable to New Challenges
