Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who is really research-driven, analytical, and has the magical power of being able to convert complex topics into simple ones. You should be excited about the idea of solving different challenges every day, especially ones where you have to communicate a complex product in a simple way to end users. You\'ll report directly to the founder and CEO. Here\'s a Bit More About What We\'re Looking For Conduct social media research to inform and inspire innovative scriptwriting that captures our audience\'s attention and upholds the brand\'s message. Write compelling scripts for advertising videos and daily content emphasizing narrative flow, engagement, and alignment with creative campaign goals. Collaborate with multiple teams to conceptualize and articulate ideas for a variety of platforms, including emerging social media trends. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency with the brand\'s voice and creative vision. Partner with design and video production teams to guide the creative direction of content, from initial concept to finished product. Identify new content opportunities, suggest creative approaches, and contribute to the development of an ongoing editorial calendar that showcases the brand\'s storytelling prowess. Stay current with trends in social media, content creation, and audience preferences to ensure our content strategy remains innovative and effective. Write and edit a range of creative content, including social posts, brand narratives, and multimedia scripts, tailored to engage and grow our community. Design visual creatives through software like Figma and Photoshop. What will set this person apart: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a content creation role with a focus on scriptwriting and social media content development. An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take on new challenges, learn rapidly, and take full ownership of the content creation process. A strong sense of design and visual storytelling, able to collaborate effectively with designers and video producers. Acute attention to detail and superb organizational skills, with the ability to manage various content projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting stories that engage and persuade. Experience with graphic design and multimedia production tools is a plus, enhancing the ability to contribute to the creative process.
