You will own company's social voice--growing and engaging our global audience across studio channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Steam) and game-specific
handles. Success means deeper fan loyalty, stronger publisher & client relationships, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning--Build monthly and quarterly content calendars that align with product launches, live-ops beats, and service-sales goals. Set KPIs and growth targets.
Content Creation - Ideate, script, and publish platform-native posts (short-form video, carousels, threads, memes, and dev diaries). Brief designers, capture in-engine clips, and write punchy copy that mirrors each brand's tone.
Community Management - Monitor and moderate Discord, Reddit, X, Steam forums, and comment threads; surface feedback to dev & art teams and close the loop with players.
Relationship Building--Proactively engage fans, influencers, media, publishers, and platforms, reps, and B2B prospects; arrange key beat placements and creator collabs.
Outreach & Growth--Run targeted follow/DM campaigns from game handles, especially on X, to studios, gamers, and ecosystem partners; execute paid social and UGC contests when needed.
Analytics & Reporting--Track reach, engagement, sentiment, CAC, and conversion; present actionable insights and iterate weekly.
Trend Scouting--Spot emerging channels (Threads, Kick, etc.) and timely memes; recommend first-mover experiments.
