About the team:

The social media team is responsible for the overall image of Paytm. Key elements of this team is to identify and draft suitable media plans for each vertical of paytm. The media approach and plan should be in line with business objectives and goals.


Expectations/Requirements:

1. Prior exposure on working on a 360-degree social media outreach.
2. Should have previously worked on end-to-end management ofcampaigns/events on various social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
3. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
4. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
5. Execute multivariate experiments to shape up real-time insights on the consumer behavior, create reporting dashboards to keep the leadership updated with key metrics.
6. Planning & managing postings and tracking growth post analytics
7. Attain key performance indicators like improving user-experience, managing traffic, regular uploading of content etc.
8. Plan, execute and run digital campaigns to increase brand awareness.


Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing/creating social media campaigns.(3-7 years)
2. Prior exposure to performing research on social media discussions/ trends about the company & industry
3. Ability to create a campaign, execute, optimize and deliver a campaign on various social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
4. Expertise on tools like Excel and Powerpoint (for campaign analysis)
5. Knowledge of SEO and google analytics.


Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate/ MBA
