Overall responsibility on Incident management
Overall responsibility on meeting up SLA defined and ensuring Quality delivery
Reports to IT Security Committee and periodic reviews with the committee
Review changes to the process / procedures / formats and get approval the same
Recommending the annual training calendar for all SOC team members
Responsible for smooth and efficient incident management operation
Resource management
Shift schedule management
Good communication and inter-personal relationship skills
Excellent team management skills
Experience in information security operations
