Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24/7 SOC operations, ensuring governance via dashboards and reports.

• Regular review of tools and technologies for security compliance and hardening.

• Review and update internal policies and procedures, ensuring adherence.

• Track and monitor regulatory compliance and effectiveness of controls.

• Maintain technology compliance reports and ensure closure of audit points.

• Support cybersecurity strategy, risk reduction, and compliance initiatives.

• Develop cyber resiliency for rapid recovery from incidents.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis.

• Provide weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to CISO and top management.

Requirements
Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SOC engineering, IT security, and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to manage audits, reporting, and closure of compliance gaps.

• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with cyber resiliency strategies and security technologies
