JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Senior Integrated Artworker Role: Sr Integrated Artworker Job Level: Senior (6-8 years\' experience) Brand or department: Design Location: Mumbai Time Zone Required: BST Type of contract: FTE Start Date: Immediate
A Little Bit About the Role: MORE is looking to recruit a Sr Integrated Artworker who will report to the Design Team Leader while working alongside an Account Director, Art Director, Design Team Leader, Designer, Copywriter, Motion Graphics Designer and an Integrated Designer. This is a great opportunity to be working within a global advertising and communication organisation with a new team and driving operational excellence for the unit. WHAT IS REQUIRED:

• You will produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for print and digital formats.
• You will work collaboratively in a team to develop and execute innovative ideas .
• You will have a good understanding of typography, space and layout as well as text formatting.
• You will have a good working knowledge of creating artwork for print, including colour management, alongside digital creation skills.
• You will have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• You will have basic retouching skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Work closely with and support the creative team as a whole to follow designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off.
• Create visual concepts and retouch images to ensure they meet print and web standards, such as colour, typography and image libraries.
• Correct and format documents before they\'re sent to the printers.
• Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any brand guidelines.
• Impose variable print files for digital print.
• Set up, manage and archive accurate artwork files to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and update an in-house image library.
• Carry out proof checking prior to print.
• Create web assets to size and scale.
• Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE:

• At least 6+ years of artworker experience.
• Excellent art-working skills across integrated media and experience in management of artwork collateral.
• The ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects.
• The ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• A great team player with a client-centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends.
• A keen eye for consistency across multiple jobs.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to step into projects as needed.
• An appreciation of UX and latest social and digital technology trends.
• An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms.
• Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail

You\'ll Have:

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• Languages spoken (English).
