Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate SMT machines such as

Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, Stencil Printer

, and

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)

. Load/unload components and reels into feeders correctly. Monitor machine operations and ensure continuous production flow. Assist in PCB loading, unloading, and inspection processes. Perform basic machine setup and changeover under supervision. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Report defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Complete production reports and shift documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Basic understanding of electronics and components (training will be provided). Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods. Good eyesight and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Physically fit and able to lift light materials. Flexible to work night/day shifts in a 12-hour format. Team player with a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern:

12-hour rotational shifts

(e.g., 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM ) Weekly off as per company policy Overtime as applicable
