Our colleague should: Have at least 2 years previous experience in a Noc/Buyer/Destination Manager position in the international SMS trading industry College student or graduate Demonstrate advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel - this will also be tested) Demonstrate natural social abilities such as spontaneity, empathy, punctuality, active listening, etc. Be available for international travelling Job responsibilities: Mange the company\'s SMS products by constantly being up to date with the latest offers and market opportunities. Represent the company in all circumstances: online communication (email or online chat), phone conversations, and face to face meetings with the allocated portfolio. Support the sales team to achieve sales quota as established by the management by negotiating buying rates according to company\'s policy. Work with the sales team to ensure the products of the company are promoted to the appropriate customers Learn about company products and services, existing contracts terms, accounts history, financial aspects, market trends, emergent opportunities, key competitor offering. Maintain product quality levels and ensure appropriate customer expectations are met Issue and follow-up trouble tickets and assure that customer\'s requirements are fulfilled timely. Build business partnership by managing the relationship at all levels, based on trust and common objectives. Keeps him/her updated on industry knowledge and trends, searches web resources, gets involved in industry related discussion groups, attends seminars. Share expertise with peers and be proactive in developing/improving internal business processes and procedures. We are an energetic company, activating in the telecommunication industry.
