: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our bank, representing Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. with professionalism and courtesy. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be a key contributor to our customer service team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Offer solutions and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout customer interactions.
  • Document and record customer interactions accurately for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and bank policies.
  • Handle customer escalations with a calm and composed manner.
  • Ensure customer data privacy and security at all times.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as per business needs.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer support.
