Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention among affluent clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align services and offerings with the needs of affluent customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

Qualifications:
