We are looking for a talented and customer-centric individual to join our Sky Serve - NR team As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Non-Resident (NR) customers, offering a personalized and exceptional service. Your role will be crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NR customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalized and tailored financial solutions to NR customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service through proactive outreach and timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Stay updated with the latest financial products and services to offer relevant and beneficial solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services to NR customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in customer interactions.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the bank professionally and positively, upholding its values and reputation.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to NR customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant languages is an advantage.
