: The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales across multiple branches. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, cross-selling a range of asset and liability products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video calls, telecalls) to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with customers, especially those with current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits.
  • Cross-sell asset products such as home loans, LAP, personal loans, and gold loans, as well as liability and investment products.
  • Convert leads generated by the VRM and CEC teams into successful business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to ensure timely conversion of business deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing efficient and speedy services.
  • Achieve sales targets for both banking and investment products, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Enroll customers for relevant services and explain the bank's facilities and features.
  • Handle customer service requests efficiently, including account openings, liability product selling, and product feature inquiries.
  • Maintain high NPS scores by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including asset and liability offerings.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling techniques and the ability to identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a strong work ethic.
