: As a Sky Phygital Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our bank, representing us in branches and interacting directly with customers. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales of retail liabilities products. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Actively promote and sell retail liabilities products, such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and other banking services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to offer relevant solutions to customers.
  • Conduct regular customer outreach and engagement activities to maintain a strong customer base.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall branch performance and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems for customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
