As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, primarily focusing on the Sky Channel-VRM - NR segment. Your role will involve understanding their unique financial needs and providing customized solutions to meet their goals. You will be the primary point of contact for these customers, offering expert advice and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high-value customers in the Sky Channel-VRM - NR segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely financial advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of the assigned customer portfolio, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans and proposals to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all customer interactions, representing the bank's brand and values.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the bank's network and enhance its reputation.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant banking software applications.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven mindset.
