: The Sky Affluent VRM-Lead will be a key member of the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, responsible for overseeing and developing our VRM strategies for affluent customers. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the unique needs of this customer segment, ensuring their financial goals are met with tailored solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in VRM and a deep understanding of affluent customer dynamics.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of VRM professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and execute VRM strategies to engage and retain affluent customers, ensuring their long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with various teams to create tailored financial solutions for affluent customers, addressing their unique needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our VRM approach.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for VRM improvement and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in VRM practices.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including affluent customers and internal teams.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting VRM successes and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of VRM initiatives, ensuring they align with the bank's overall strategy and brand image.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in VRM, with a proven track record of success in affluent customer segments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent customers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing VRM strategies, with a focus on innovation.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in VRM or relevant financial disciplines are an asset.
