AD Product - Platform

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're searching for an experienced AD - Product to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. We are looking for a dynamic person responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision.

What would you be doing?

1. Develops and champions a world-class product vision and strategy, and ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as the team's stakeholders.

2. Drives the execution of multiple projects in an Agile/Scrumban Environment for Product Management including product requirements.

3. Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meet customer needs and are on time with quality.

4. Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment

5. Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision-making.

6. Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

7. Perform customer research, feedback, usage analytics, and competitive analysis to identify new- product- requirements

8. Manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and be willing to do what it takes to make our product successful.

Our desired candidate profile:

1. Bachelor's degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA is a plus

2. Overall 7+ years of experience and especially 3+ years in product management.

3. Sound business judgment as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

4. Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically

5. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, and proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
