Job Description

Sales and Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities for sizing beams, warp beams, and related textile machinery products. Generate leads, visit potential clients (weaving mills, textile units, etc.), and convert prospects into customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer requirements regarding sizing beam specifications, materials, and quality. Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Market Research and Analysis



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the textile sector. Identify emerging markets and potential clients for business expansion. Prepare market reports and share insights with management.

4. Quotation and Order Handling



Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and price lists to customers. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of sizing beams.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams



Liaise with production, quality control, and dispatch teams to ensure product availability and quality standards. Provide customer feedback to the technical and manufacturing teams for continuous improvement.

6. Documentation and Reporting



Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and daily/weekly sales reports. Prepare MIS reports for management review. Ensure proper documentation for orders, dispatches, and payments.

7. Technical Knowledge and Product Promotion



Have good technical knowledge of sizing beams, warp preparation, and weaving processes. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

8. Post-Sales Support



Follow up with customers for feedback and handle any complaints or product-related issues. Ensure repeat business through effective relationship management and service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
