Profile 1 :- Site Engineer
1. Oversee/manage all on-site electrical construction activities as per approved designs and quality standards.
2. Supervise installation of HT/LT lines as per RDSS guidelines.
3. Ensure compliance with REC guidelines and Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials/workmanship.
5. Manage on-site resources (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and prevent delays.
6. Serve as primary technical contact on-site and liaise with subcontractors, technicians, and project management.
7. Enforce site safety protocols; ensure use of PPE.8. Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress and risks to Project Manager.
9. Identify and resolve technical issues, including discrepancies in designs or unexpected site conditions.

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.Experience: 5 8 years, Central Government Schemes such as Saubhagya Yojna, IPDS, RAPDRP, DDUGJY, RGGVY Projects, preferably on RDSS projects
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical network installation and relevant construction methods.

Profile 2 :- Site Supervisor
1. Manage, monitor, and delegate tasks to the on-site labour force and sub-contractors to ensure daily objectives are met.2.Monitor day-to-day progress of electrical work, such as laying cables and Conductors, Pole Erection, and installing Service Connection, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
3. Track and control the use of materials and equipment on-site. Perform regular inventory checks and ensure that supplies are stacked properly and used responsibly.
4. Conduct daily work quality checks to ensure all electrical installations and construction techniques meet the project's specifications.
5. Ensure that all site workers comply with health and safety practices, including the use of PPE and following accident protocols. Identify and rectify potential safety hazards.
6. Submitting daily labour reports and site progress updates. Document any issues or incidents that occur on the site.
7. Work with sub-contractors on the ground to ensure their work aligns with the project plan and standards.
8. Be familiar with site emergency protocols to handle minor incidents.
9. Identify and resolve technical issues, including discrepancies in designs or unexpected site conditions.

Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: 3 5 years, Central Government Schemes such as Saubhagya Yojna, IPDS, RAPDRP, DDUGJY, RGGVY Projects, preferably on RDSS projects
Technical Skills: Good understanding of construction methods, electrical components, and safety regulations.
Other: A hardworking, adaptable, and reliable individual with a positive attitude.

Profle 3 :- Store Incharge
1. Oversee all inventory-related activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials; conduct regular stock counts and audits; and ensure stock levels are accurate and maintained.
2.Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all stock movements, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and dispatch logs.
3. Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing materials; ensure proper storage and stacking of items; and coordinate with project teams and suppliers for efficient logistics.
4.Implement and enforce all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment within the store
5. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, material consumption, and other store-related metrics for project management.
6. Supervise and guide store personnel, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and according to procedures.
Education: Graduation or Relevant management certificate from a recognized university.
Experience: 5 8 years in Storekeeping,inventory Management or similar role in Central Government Schemes such as Saubhagya Yojna, IPDS, RAPDRP, DDUGJY, RGGVY Projects, preferably on RDSS projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Other: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Profile 4:- Safety Officer
1. Enforce safety protocols related to working at heights, especially for electrical pole, Conductors and Cables installation
2. Supervise all scaffolding and lifting operations to ensure they meet safety requirements.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain a site-specific Safety and Health Plan (SHP) that aligns with RDSS project requirements and local regulations.
4.Conduct regular risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for all work activities, with a special focus on electrical works, civil construction, and material handling.
5. Perform daily site inspections and safety audits to identify and correct unsafe acts, conditions, and procedural non-compliance.
6.Organize and deliver safety training sessions, tool-box talks (TBTs), and induction programs for all employees and contractors on site.
7. Investigate all accidents, near-misses, and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Maintain and report accurate records of all incidents.
Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in safety, engineering, or a related field. Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred
Experience: 5 8 years in proven experience as a Safety Officer on government infrastructure projects (large-scale construction projects), preferably in the power distribution sector
Technical Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and enforce safety rules.
Other: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and act decisively in emergencies.

Profile 5:- Autocad Engineer |
1. Create, modify, and finalize detailed technical drawings, blueprints, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD software. Specific tasks will involve designing infrastructure for new and upgraded electrical distribution networks, including Feeder and line route plans, Substation layouts
2. Work closely with the project management team, field engineers, and clients to interpret design specifications and ensure that drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
3. Ensure all designs and drawings comply with industry standards, relevant codes (electrical, civil), and RDSS project guidelines. Conduct quality checks and reviews of all design output.
4.Maintain and organize an accurate and up-to-date repository of all drawing files and project documentation. Manage drawing revisions and maintain a clear version history.
5. Incorporate field data and site measurements into project drawings. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation as needed.
Education: Diploma or Certificate of Auto-Cad or relevent Field
Experience: 3-5 years inproven experience as an AutoCAD Engineer or Drafter in electrical or power distribution projects. Prior experience working on government-funded infrastructure projects such as RGGVY, DDUGJY, IPDS, RAPDRP, Saubhagya Yojna, particularly RDSS, is a plus
Technical Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D modeling. Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software is preferred for mapping and planning
Other: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering specifications.
