Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in the manufacturing or building materials industry, or freshers with a background in civil engineering who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site carpenters and oversee the installation of doors
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and manage on-site resources effectively
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled
Maintain daily site reports and resolve customer concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred
15 years of relevant experience in site supervision (freshers encouraged to apply)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work at project sites as required
