Lead and supervise the welding team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Quality and safety
Ensure all welding activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections of welding work.
Enforce safety rules and protocols, and report any hazards or incidents.
Interpret complex drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide the team.
