Team Management:

Address and resolve any on-site issues, challenges, or delays that may arise during the project.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure all site operations comply with company and industry standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and employee attendance.
Logistics:
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the site.
