Supervise day-to-day site execution activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labour teams to maintain progress and quality of work.
Monitor manpower, material availability, and site productivity; escalate gaps or delays as needed.
Ensure proper implementation of workmanship standards, checklist compliance, and site housekeeping.
Track daily progress, maintain site records, and submit reports to the project manager.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines.
